About a week ago I saw a code posted for $5 off any order at Schwan's if you ordered online. That code is D5 and will take $5 off your order from any item selected. I do not know if this is only for new customers or current customers as we are new to them.
I decided to try out the French Toast sticks for the girls so they would have a change. After the $5 coupon the total for this bag was $2.99 plus $1 delivery charge for a total of $3.99. With 8 servings this came out to 50¢ a serving...not that great of a savings for us. The girls loved the sticks though.
Keep in mind if you do sign up with Schwans they will come around every two weeks to see if you want to buy something off the truck. You can simply tell them you don't want anything else or you will only order online when needed if you don't want them coming every two weeks.

I loved Schwans growing up. It seemed like my mom would always order special things from the truck that she normally would never buy in the store. I was extremely excited to see the coupons, but unfortunately they don't have a local Schwans man in NYC. I'd have to pay $$$$ for shipping, so I guess I'll just have to wait to move back to the suburbs.
I was going to do it, but I really didn't want them bothering me every couple of weeks.
I bought from them a couple of times. Some of their stuff is pretty good for a quick and easy meal. They are just too expensive for us.
I got some french fries just to try them. They are pretty tasty.
I just got online and chatted with a representative to have the delivery person stop by ONLY when I visited.
It was not a hassle and I don't have to feel uneasy or bad about telling him I don't want to order anything.
I used to buy stuff from schwans man who came to my door. then he just stopped coming one day. I did order some things online a few times and nothing ever came from that. They are way over priced and alot of their stuff tastes bad.. but some of it is good dont get me wrong. not worth it in my opinion.
I love my schwans and they just leave a note on the door if you dont answer or if I answer and tell them I dont want anything then they just leave no issues. I have not had anything bad from there.
That code is a summer code. They have specials all the time.
What the heck, wasn't I the one who told you about it yet I still never got my order.

this is off topic, but I wanted to ask you to do a post sometime showing (or listing) what you and the girls eat each day for a week. I love seeing your deals, and I know you have a large stockpile, but it's hard to see how you feed 4 people 3 meals every day.

I've always been curious about Schwans. Just seems cheaper to keep doing what I'm doing and get all the specials at each store LOL.
We love Schwans and do order a few items but not on a regular basis. We have told the delivery man, to stop only if we make an online purchase and that is the only time we see him.
Most people don't know that Schwan's makes the Red Baron, Tombstone and Freschetta pizzas.
Schwans frozen vegetables are the best that I have found -- much better than the grocery store.
I did this deal and got a box of the corndogs for $2.99 + the $1.00 delivery fee. So $3.99 for 16 corndogs (.25 cents each, cheap lunch) and they are sure alot better then those Foster Farms, actually comparable to the State Fair Brand and way cheaper. I loved Schwans when I was a kid, we lived in the middle of no-where Nebraska and it was the only time we ever got frozen pizza. BTW, did you know that Schwans makes the Tony's brand pizzas? Fun fact :)
